Pier on Piecek-lake is located in a town with a Prussian name of Stręgielek, between Giżycko and Węgorzewo. This place is a mixture of traditional Prussian architecture with comfort and cosiness of modern houses as well as beauty of nature of this exceptional region. A wonderful place to rest by the lake with your family or friends.

Przystań Piecek is a beautiful, big red-brick building of two parts, each of which has its own separate entry. The house is furnished with a great attention to detail, referring to the history of the region and this exceptional place. Both parts are connected with a shared game room. It is possible to rent the whole house without a key, using a password to coded handles.

A private beach
Direct sea access, 100 m from the building. A quiet place, with no noise or crowds of tourists – comfort of rest is guaranteed. The guests can use a jetty, a pedalo, or a rowing boat. There are also two sets for stand-up paddling for those interested.

The white suite has 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, 3 comfortable bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, an LCD TV, cosy beds, a terrace from the south towards the lake.

It has 3 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms, which allows to house 14 guests in total. One room and a bathroom are adapted for the disabled.

We organize christening, holy communion, and other small special parties with full catering. The whole living room is equipped with a professional audio system. It is also possible to connect your own source of sound and use the event room with a disco light system.

Przystań Piecek is a perfect place to organize family events, i.e. christening, holy communion, name day, anniversary and other parties. It is perfect for a 20-25 people in the White House and 10-12 people in the Graphite House. A great solution is to combine your own prepared meals with using our catering – it is up to you.

Postwar bunkers
In the nearby forest, there are bunkers of former SS headquarters and Reischfürer Heinrich Himmler’s police (under code name of "Hochwald"), built in 1940-1941. They were used during the times of aggression on the Soviet Union.
Pozezdrze Lake
Pozezdrze Lake of a surface of 130 ha, with 2.2 km in length and 0.8 km in width. This 5.5-metre deep lake is connected to the Sapina river which flows into the lake from its south-eastern side, carrying waters from Brzoś Lake, an arm of Wilkus Lake. Waters flow out of Pozezdrze Lake by the same river, straight into Stręgiel Lake.

Fishing in Gołdopiwo Lake. It is a very clean lake with a silence zone. Boasting of fish such as common bream, northern pike, perch, whitefish, eel. It is the beginning of a kayak trail.
Borki’s Forest
Walking trips, along green velo bike trails, or a car ride to the nearby Borki’s Forest, which houses European bison’s homestead in Wolisko.
Mushrooming
In the fall, a mushroom-rich forest and nearby woods attract mushroom hunting enthusiasts.

Giżycko
In season, Giżycko offers numerous concerts and events, e.g. sea shanty, nationwide Polish sailor’s song contest, the attractions of the Boyen Fortress, organ concerts, a swing bridge, an urban forest with an educational trail, and more.
Węgorzewo
Teutonic castle from 1398, rebuilt in the Baroque style in the first half of the 18th century. In the mid-19th century, it was adapted as a court and a prison. After the damages it had suffered in the Second World War, it was reconstructed and intended for cultural purposes. It is a three-wing building with an irregular court, open towards the Węgorapa river. The entry gate is located in its northern wing. A round fortified tower has also been preserved.
